Sydney Bush Run 21.01.06

Saturday Trail Run
Hi all,
A big effort by all last week, in very wet conditions and a trail at time resembling a cross between the Kakoda, Jarasic Park and the Stairmaster from Hell.
But definately an adventure.
I have decided on a nice wide, flat, firetrail to mix it up this week.

Where: End of Echunga Rd, Duffy's Forest
Course: Along the Perimeter Track and out to the lookout

Further I have started a blog? I am not terribly sure how these things work, but if you wish to leave feedback on runs, suggest other runs, or lose this email, run details etc, can be found on the blog at www.sydneybushrunning.blogspot.com/

Saturday Bush Run 14.01.06

Saturday Trail Run
Hi all,We had a change of plan last week, we went from the meeting point out toSeven Little Australians Park and Back instead of the new trail. I was limited for time.
This week I plan on doing the new trail, but I think it will take a fewminutes longer than I had planned so see below.

This trail starts with a stair climb to the lookout, then along windingsingle track accros the top of Casurina Track including rock hops accrosswatercourses. I ran it last week and there were a few trees down but theycan be got around. At the end of Casurina it is a sharp decent down toCarroll Creek and then single track and rock hops around to the LyrebirdTrack, which follows the water, flat and wide for around 3kms.
A greatstride out to finish up.

I suggest you bring a hydration pack or water bottle. There is water only at the start / finish

Saturday 14.01.12
Name: Lyre Bird Track
Start: 6.30am
Where: Echo Pt Park at the end of Babbage Rd Roseville.Course: Over the Roseville Bridge and down into Davidson Park. Head up tothe Casurina Track high around middle harbour creek, then down at CarrollCreek andfollow the Lyrebird Track back along the waterreturning to Roseville Bridge.
Water: Bring some.
Time: 1:40
Dogs: Y?
