Kangaroo Valley Run

The first down hill of the day

A rare site in the bush. The Xandra. Dont be fooled by the innocent posture. The Xandra is an agressive running bird.

Sydney Bush Run 12.08.06

Sydney Bush Running group.

Hi all,
Well last weeks run was a little more out of the ordinary than I had anticipated, with the outward run to Monavale along the cliff tops (see pic 1) and the home run along stretches of sand and a little coasteering (see pic 2) thrown in to keep us on our toes. Most enjoyable.
This weeks run will be lead by James as a few of us are away for the 6hr and 12hr rogaine on the central coast.
The run will be back at Clontarf on eof James's favourites (see map link http://www.quikmaps.com/full/9880 )
Check the Blog Site for pictures of last Sundays Hawkesbury to the Harbour run.

Hawkesbury to Harbour 2006

Some of the trail sections run on the Hawkesbury to Harbour Trail.
You will notice Warrick putting in the hard yards while Chris 1 and Chris 2 stand around checking out the ambience and I sit there just letting off steam!!
